Worse Urgent care to ever treat my Son!!! My son suffer a bad injury from Dr. Listoe!! He was really rude to my son like all kids some kids get scared to go to Dr offices, yet alone rude ones, I saw Dr. Listoe did a face of retaliation towards my son! When he poked my son ear while checking his ear!! My son is non verbal. My son screamed and was crying cuz he was poked and yet he didn't tell me if he did, my son was in sooo much pain holding his ear crying, screaming from the pain. The Dr tried to play it like he didn't do something to my son. If he couldn't do his job right he could of ask for help from the office but instead he stayed quiet and didn't say anything of what he did to my poor baby! He got poked really deep in his ear canal!!! I'm Soo upset & hurt for the pain my son was caused! This is sooo unacceptable & unprofessional! He kept crying and holding his ear, as we got home my son starts uncontrollably bleeding from his left ear!!! He also didn't mention my son had an infection in the same left ear that he poke with the Otoscope, we had to go to the ER due to the damage he did to my son! They had to flush his ears 3 times from how much he was bleeding and they found deep in the ear canal that he was scratched with the Otoscope and ear drum being a little swollen due to his cold from getting an ear infection! I hope this don't ever happen to anyone's child, taking my child for a Dr check up for a cough that he had, and him having a cold and this all happens! Parents have your eyes wide open! Going from him being okay getting ready for his check up to leaving like this!

We goggle this Urgent Care and called them. When we got there the front desk was attentive and professional. We were impressed with their cleanliness of the office and the way we were treated. We just come back from a vacation and unfortunately we were sick. The doctor saw us right away and prescribed medication needed. Highly recommend if you need urgent care needs.

Even on a Sunday, on very short notice, I was able to be seen by the Doctor. Not only did he address my current ailment (cellulitis), but he also took to time to address my overall well being. By all accounts, my visit felt just like seeing my primary care physician, as opposed to just a one time impersonal visit! I really couldn’t ask for anything more, and the additional staff present were helpful, professional, and competent. I couldn’t ask for better treatment!

Clean, well run offices. Well equipped with X-ray on hand. And especially good doctors. I want to thank and compliment Dr. G. Listoe, in your Royal Palm Beach, FL office. He carefully checked out my chest congestion, suggested an X-ray which my regular doc never did, and found evidence of pneumonia, ordering strong meds to defeat it,. Plus his manner is calm, listening, and thoughtful in explaining what was needed. He's a star.

Terrible experience. Gave front desk person information to check me in. Waited 25 mins and asked if I’m checked in she said she doing it now. Another patient walked in, front desk checked patient in right away. Waited over 45mins I then asked front desk what happened why I was not called in bfr the other patient. Front desk was on phone and did not answer. I was very sick and was hoping to see doctor. Very disappointed, upset and walked out. Will never go to this center again. Awful customer service👎👎

This urgent care is exceptional. I went in for a terrible cough that I had for five weeks. I was brought back really fast even though they were very busy that day. Dr Gregory Listoe was incredible ! His demeanor is professional and calm. He took the time to ask me a lot of questions and did a thorough medical evaluation. He explained to me my diagnosis and gave me clear instructions to get better. The medication he prescribed me had me feeling better by the next day. Thank you carespot for all that you do and serving our community everyday

I went to CareSpot Urgent Care in Wellington and was seen by PA Taryn Enea. I have had a wet cough for 6 weeks and I have taken antibiotics, decongestants, and antihistamines without any relief. I specifically went to the urgent care, because I wanted a chest x-ray. The provider refused to give me a chest x-ray, told me I had allergies, and wrote me a z-pack "incase of need". There was no shared decision making. I am well aware of the risks of chest x-ray radiation and I am also aware of the side effects of taking a unneeded z-pack (especially after completing a 10 day course of antibiotics). I expressed multiple times that I would like a chest x-ray and the provider refused. Taryn Enea is a poor provider. I do not recommend this urgent care.
